Who are you?
Heinrichs Developments is proud to be small and local. Under the direction of Gerald Heinrichs, we have been bringing quality homes to local municipalities like Abbotsford for the last 30+ years. With projects such as The Mill District, and more recently Court, we continue to take pride in utilizing local trades to further establish our connection to local businesses and homeowners.
How long will this take?
Typically, a project of this size will take us 18-20 months to build. Completion time depends on coordination with a number of stakeholders such as the public, the city, and our investors.
What are you building?
This will be a residential building with a small commercial component. The six-storey building will likely be comprised of a wood frame structure and will feature heavy timber with extensive glass usage for an upscale Canadian West Coast design, while simultaneously blending into the natural beauty of Mill Lake Park.
Why are you building here?
We live in Abbotsford and most of us grew up here too. As Abbotsford changes and grows, we strive to assist in meeting the increasing housing needs that come with our city’s population growth. Specifically, this land affords us an opportunity to give Abbotsford locals a special place to live, overlooking the water of Mill Lake.
