Our Projects in The Fraser Valley

Heinrichs Developments is a family-run developer that has been building in the Fraser Valley for over 30 years. Many of our buildings were designed with architect David Tyrell, and every one carries our family name. Here’s what we’re building now and some of the communities we’ve already finished.

Scout

A six-storey presale building in downtown Abbotsford with studio, one and two bedroom homes and Scandinavian-inspired interiors by i3 Design. Scout is now under construction, right next door to Court. See Scout

Completed Projects

Arbor

A three-storey commercial building at 33069 Marshall Road, across from Abbotsford Regional Hospital, finished in 2025. Office, medical and retail units are available to buy or lease. See Arbor

Laurel on Mill Lake

A six-storey building with 42 condos and townhomes on the shore of Mill Lake, steps from Mill Lake Park and Sevenoaks Shopping Centre. Laurel is finished and homes are move-in ready. See Laurel on Mill Lake

Court

Two six-storey buildings with 153 homes in Abbotsford’s City Centre, completed in 2021. Court brought Scandinavian-inspired design to downtown Abbotsford, with one to three bedroom homes and loft homes, interiors by i3 Design and architecture by David Tyrell.

Mill District

Two six-storey buildings with 82 homes at 2555 Ware Street in the Mill Lake neighbourhood, designed by David Tyrell. Mill District offers one to four bedroom homes within walking distance of Sevenoaks Shopping Centre and the paths around Mill Lake, and it was especially popular with downsizers.
